When should I “arrive” / “get ready”?

To minimize stress and ensure a smooth virtual session, aim to join the meeting promptly, ideally 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

What should I wear?

Choose attire that offers comfort and flexibility, allowing unrestricted movement during your yoga practice. Opt for yoga pajamas, fitted shorts, or a snug t-shirt/yoga top. Avoid excessively loose clothing that may hinder your movements. Remember to practice barefoot for better stability and connection with the ground.

Can I eat before a yoga session?

Eating a heavy meal less than 3 hours before your yoga session is not recommended.However, you can opt for a light snack, such as fruit or vegetables, up to 30 minutes before the session.

What to do if I am having a bad internet / mobile / laptop / audio / video for online classes?

Make sure that you have a working internet, a mobile or laptop with working audio & video. Any delays due to non-working of the internet, mobile/laptop from your side will not be considered for extended time

What if I have to cancel or reschedule one of my sessions?

Do you allow transfer of all (or some, or a few) of my sessions to another person?

Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to transfer any of your sessions to another individual.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Do you offer a refund if I don't use all (or some, or a few) of my sessions?

We regret to inform you that refunds for unused sessions are not available. Any sessions not utilized prior to the package expiration date will be considered forfeited.Please be advised that we reserve the right to terminate contracts at our discretion. In the event of such termination, we will issue a refund for any remaining funds that have not been utilized.
